Campaign Sent Time Not Shown If It Took only Seconds

Description of the bug and steps to reproduce: If a campaign is sent out in less than a minute (1 to 59 seconds), the time that it took to be sent out is not displayed. It is beneficial to see the time in seconds at least if it took less than a minute, for anything over a minute, the seconds can be omitted as the logic does now, although showing the seconds will only add more info and better and more accurate reporting.
