Individual tracking data is not displayed in the app interface

Description of the bug and steps to reproduce: When Individual subscriber tracking is enabled under Settings > Privacy, although the system stores the data in the database, the data is not displayed either at the campaign level or at the user level. In the campaign analytics screen, you cannot see the details of the users, and in the subscriber screen, you do not have information about the campaigns they have participated in, opened, or clicked on.
