public subscription link: Internal Server Error

Description of the bug and steps to reproduce: Clicking the link for the "public subscription page" results in the error message "Internal Server Error".

Does anybody know what the problem is? I think the link once worked, and to my knowledge I haven't changed anything .
Maybe this info can be helpful in some way. It's from the "headers" section on the page that you can see on the above screen-capture. Unfortunately I don't know at all what to do. So any help would be appreciated.

Please check for error logs in Admin -> Settings -> Logs. All such errors (with causes) are logged.

This error is listed mostly:

Others are:
"subscribers.go:132: error validating query tables: pq: column "unconfirmed" does not exist"
"subscribers.go:132: error validating query tables: pq: invalid input value for enum subscriber_status: "unconfirmed""
Unfortunately I can't make sense of it. Does it point in the right direction?
