Unsubscribe link is not working

• OS: Ubuntu 24 LTS

Description of the bug and steps to reproduce: When I click on 'Manage Data' in my newsletter email, I see a button on the website that says 'Unsubscribe.' When I click that, I get a message saying that I have been successfully unsubscribed. However, I have not been.

Only when I activate 'Allow preference changes' in the admin panel I can uncheck the one list I have and click save. Then it works. But I don't want this display, as I only have one list and should be able to unsubscribe using the one button. But that doesn't work. Export data and Delete data work perfectly.

I can't imagine that this is due to my setup...

hm, I'm unable to reproduce this. With or without Allow preference changes, the unsubscribe button works correctly. Have you customized the static HTML templates (and perhaps missed something in the form)?

Only the file /static/public/templates/subscription.html is relevant, right? Because I haven't modified that one. I just compared it again with the original files. Or are there perhaps other files that are important? Could you name them for me, please?

I did make changes, but that was many months ago, and everything was working back then. Or maybe my memory is misleading me, and I didn't test it properly at that time...
