Add Option for Single Log-Off (SLO)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. SSO with OpenID works like a charm, I like it a lot. It would be nice to also have the option to use single log-off.

Describe the solution you'd like There should be the option to add a URL for Single Log-Off in the security options, where I can also configure SSO. The SLO-URL comes from the IdP and has barely any effect on the funtionality in listmonk itself, as it is "just" a forward after session invalidation. When loggin out, the session in listmonk should get invalidated of course, as it already gets. Additionally, if an SLO-URL is configured, the user should get forwarded to that URL of the IdP. A user then (usually) has the option to also log-out from the IdP completely, but thats up to the IdP. From the view of listmonk, the user has already been logged out.

This feature would further improve the integration with SSO.
