Graphs / Analytics Presentation Issues

Open arbialexandri opened this issue 8 months ago • 5 comments

Version:

  • listmonk: v4.1.0 & v5.0.0
  • OS: Ubuntu 24.04

Description of the bug and steps to reproduce:

  1. When viewing a single campaign Analytics, the graphs seem to be relatively correct -- ignoring the minor bug against #2427 -- but when more than one campaign is selected, the graphs of the 2nd, 3rd, .... campaigns seem out of place, incorrect, ... in respect to presentation, data, ... Below screenshots show the issue of demonstrating the presentation/data of campaign A, then campaign B, and the combined view of Campaigns A and B.

  2. Although Individual subscriber tracking is enabled under Settings > Privacy, when viewing Analytics and Graphs data for any given campaign, the message on the top states the following "The counts are non-unique as individual subscriber tracking is turned off." See the screenshots below that show the said message. This seems to be inconsistent presentation or some other flaw, unless it is intentional and correct, but in that case, it is confusing and not clear as to why!

  3. Lastly, clicking in the white space of the "Campaigns" input box to select another campaign doesn't show any dropdown or a selection unless something is typed, like pressing the space bar. Ideally upon clicking into the field, the list should load automatically.

@knadh I wanted to circle back on this issue and see if there are any plans to apply some level of corrections to the graphs' presentation as described in the screenshots provided.

@knadh, I wanted to follow up and see if there are any plans or other updates that might have fixed the issues I had raised here. The issue mainly arises when at least 2 different campaigns are selected to show the combined data.

I haven't had a chance to look at this yet. Will try to see if I can before the next release.

Hoping to get a PR from someone in the meanwhile.
