Allow resending email when SMTP fails

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If the SMTP fails to send the confirmation email there currently is no way for me or the user that signed up to request a new confirmation email. They simply locked themselves out of subscribing to the mailing list if I don't catch this happening myself or regularly prune unconfirmed email adresses.

Describe the solution you'd like Option in the UI to:

• resend failed emails
• resend unconfirmed users, possibly with an option to select user older than "insert date here"
