Customize List-Unsubscribe header per campaign

I would like to override my global setting "Include List-Unsubscribe header" per-campaign because some are actual mailing campaigns while others are just for distributing some mails to a personal circle

I haven't tested this, but could you try overriding the headers with the + Set custom headers option on the campaign form?
