Hi @rofrol. Could you please explain the changes in the PR? Also, what does the reference to rofrol/beho--zig-csv/archive/c8bbbeb894ef6835a4c0341fc2326b476a3e86d4.tar.gz do?

Hi. The changes make it possible for zig to download packages without git submodules.

rofrol/beho--zig-csv is my fork of beho/zig-csv that is updated to zig master.

I have made PR https://github.com/beho/zig-csv/pull/7 but author tracks zig 0.11.

https://github.com/beho/zig-csv/pull/7 is now merged and project is updated for Zig 0.12. That might help with more permanent upgrade here.
