Sending reports to email and an error I have

Hello I am following the steps in the walkthrough but not able to execute these commands:

user@ipaddress:/opt/Zabbix_/zabbix-dynamic-pdf-report$ sed ­i "s,user.authenticate,user.login,g" inc/ZabbixAPI.class.php sed: -e expression #1, char 1: unknown command: `▒'

Also, how do I send the PDF to email?

So I was able to execute these commands but still get 404 when I go to:

http://zabbixserver/zabbix-dynamic-pdf-report/index.php

Any ideas?
