Resolution Quality ignores switcher and chooses youtube

VideoJS version - VJS 5 Resolution switch - Recent

I am noticing that the resolution switch will ignore the default resolution on video load and choose what is currently the default option on YouTube. If the default has the option of 1080 but Youtube setting is at 144 then on VideoJS load it will choose 144 instead.

In addition -- if changing 144 -> 1080 on res-switcher then it won't respect change from 1080 -> 144.
