playbackRate not maintained when switching sources

It doesn't look to me like the playback rate is being maintained when switching plugins. If I set the rate to 2.0, and then change the resolution for high to low, the player still reports the playback rate as being 2.0x, however the video is only playing at 1.0x.

@tjsail33 that sounds like a bug in video.js.
