Reworked, twisted-friendly, pip-friendly, exception-based version of the sender

This is a totally reworked version of the sender, ready to installation using pip, ready to use in asynchronous manner with twisted library, with modern, cross-compatible (sync/async) exception-based interface.

Using library in backward-compatible manner is also available.
