MacOS fixes

Here are some miscellaneous fixes to make MacOS builds better. It includes fixes for high dpi displays and makes distribution as a regular MacOS app bundle possible.

Note that I was only able to get the application to work with a 330 build. I suspect driver issues with the regular build.

macOS only supports OpenGL 4.1 at most, whereas the default build requires OpenGL 4.3 to function.

That would do it. Maybe 330 should be forced on for MacOS.

I am in need of this tool for MacOS bigsur. Is there a ETA on when this will be merged?
