Wont display in Safari Menu Bar

Description

Doesn't always show in menu bar for Safari windows

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Spotify
2. Press PLAY in Spotify app
3. Switch to Safari window

Expected behavior: To see SpotMenu running in the menu bar

Actual behavior: Music plays but the app doesn't appear in the menu bar. The app will show when Spotify is paused but not when played

Reproduces how often: 100%

Versions

SpotMenu version: No Applications folder Icon.

You can get this information by highlighting SpotMenu.app (most likely in your Applications folder) in finder and pressing space.

MacOS version: 10.14.6 (18G6020)

You can get this information by clicking the  logo on the top left of your menu bar and selecting About This Mac.
