No localization

Ciao everybody,

I download the source code and discovered SpotMenu is actually localized in my mother tongue (Italian). How to set it within the preferences?

Moreover, I am on Mojave and I see the cover artwork "greyed" or "bleached".

How to solve it?

seems this option is not available in Mojave. How to fix it?

Upgraded to Catalina; in the menu however I cannot find the Italian language, why?
