Be able to upload TOS doc to Servicebot, and the embeddable would host it

Request for User form needs to change

'Request for User' on an offering opens up a request form, but you need to be able to select what tier as well

Need to change location for the users page

Needs to be removed from Menu options, http://localhost:3000/manage-categories Remove from http://localhost:3000/manage-catalog/list data table

If you click the tier button on its header, it will be selected, but not if you click anywhere else on it. You should be able to click it anywhere

The menu titles do not collapse and expand on the left hand menu

Modal should close when clicking out of it or on the button that opened it
