MISO Data Exchange unreliable API
Hi everyone,
Apologies for raising this as an issue, but this is a significant concern for participants in the MISO market.
We are actively using the new MISO Data Exchange API and, unfortunately, our experience has been consistently negative. The API has been slow and unreliable, with frequent 500 errors and typical response times in the 2–4 second range per request. We have submitted multiple support tickets to MISO’s IT team but have received neither resolution nor substantive feedback to date.
With the planned retirement of the legacy reports on December 12, we are concerned about the operational impact this may have across the market.
Is anyone else experiencing similar reliability or performance issues with the new API?
