GUI Settings are not remembered in a project

When you hide the mixer using f7. Save the project, close and re-open it. The mixer shows up. Maybe it's possible to save the window settings in the project.

No GUI settings are saved I think.

When I set off 'edit' (escape) for instance. Or disable the 'R' for midi velocity.

Those settings are not (re)stored in a project.
