Mixer: Need option to select minimum mixer strip width (plus text display improvements)

It's often very hard to read text now.

Also need option to select minimum font size. And if the text doesn't fit, just display some of the characters. Showing text that is so small that it's impossible (or very hard) to read is not very useful.
