Add a keyboard shortcut for client process to detach from debugger server if it's misbehaving

As the client switches to the tty raw mode, it no longer has control over the terminal and relies on the client process to exit. If the client process misbehaves, especially as a result of a malfunctioning debugger server, the client should still let the user stop it easily.
