it would be good to have an interface for having events from cornerstone call python functions (like the plotly widget does)
there is a lot of very sloppy JS in here. Some tests would be a really good idea.
right now the measurement fields are based on a pixel size of 1mm, this should be updated to the actual values
hammer should let us zoom, window, etc on mobile, and is already mostly supported just requires some `cornerstone.external` hacks
having stacks would be very cool, but probably require a different image loader
