403 forbidden error
I get error from streamlink: 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://hlslive-akc-ewr1.media.mlb.com/hdnts=exp=1570640590~acl=/*~id=00u8vd65nM6UlYHMl356~data=7b866c73-ee1c-475b-b25c-365a189b4e48~hmac=[..]/ls01/mlb/2019/10/07/Home_VIDEO_spa_Atlanta_Braves_St_Louis_C_20191007_1570469821034/master_desktop_complete-trimmed.m3u8
When I copy and paste m3u8 link to browser is downloads fine. I can also download games using youtube-dl if I pass relevant cookies. It's been happening for a few days now.
I'm seeing it as well.
I once got m3u8 address not from akamai cdn and streamlink worked fine with it. Maybe it's relatively easy to force mlbv to use this other cdn provider?
I'm not passing all the cookies in to streamlink. I've got a local hack/fix that seems to work - I'll try to push something ASAP.
edit: well, no, that test only worked because it came from level3 cdn. Odd. Still looking.
This URL works (level3):

This URL doesn't (akamai):

FWIW, I used mlbv successfully on Thursday (Astros-Rays game 5), Akamai CDN too (akc). Haven't tried it since.
Also, eracknaphobia's Kodi addon has a CDN option in the settings, although I've never used that particular feature.

I'm just going to leave this open for now since there may be something to do here for CDN settings... not actively looking at this right now though.
