there is a new version of TQSL and no update checks currently to update handle this application in the scrips 'tqsl -v' will return live version

pylog cant look up radio data. local fix: did a recompile with pip swig changed build config to ./configure --with-python-binding PYTHON_VERSION='3.9' --prefix=$HOME/local
