Feature Requests: GQRX SDR and Airspy's SpyServer

Hello!

I use GQRX with my Nooelec RTL-SDR dongle and ham-it-up upconverter to view a waterfall display on the Pi. If I want to use my Windows laptop instead, I use Airspy's SpyServer. These are useful, relevant programs that I have found to be very easy to install and work well (I have a Pi 3B and a Pi 4B 8GB). I have found it easy enough to "sudo apt install" GQRX, the apt package name is "gqrx-sdr", but the udev rules must be copied from the download at the link included below.

I have used these links for installation help. They may help to include this in Build-a-pi!
