Update build-a-pi to standardize terminology

There was a mix of "HotSpot" and "Hot Spot" and "Wifi" and "WiFi" terminology, so I propose choosing one standard with "hotspot" and "Wi-Fi" throughout. Moved Pull Request to the Dev branch.
