BAP Directory deleted during update

Some users have reported that the BAP directory is deleted if you try to run the update script when not connected to the internet. See this post.

I just got bit by this little bug again today... I checked for updates and Wi-Fi had not yet connected... so poof, the directory is gone. It does appear that this simple Pull Request would resolve the issue:
