Price for Taxi [FEATURE]

There seems to be no way to change the prices for a taxi fare. So Taxis keep me losing money. Is it possible to create an extra entry for Taxi so we could change the price for it?

Tangentially, Profitable Tourism https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=550479679 modifies taxi fare, but is pretty much abandoned/broken.

That could be a starting point for future work.

Well, this feature was present in older versions of TLM but was hidden due UI changes May be back in the future
