I can't use TLM regional platform settings for certain train stations

Normally, if the station accepts intercity trains, there's a panel on the right with an option 'Use TLM regional platform settings', but this time it doesn't show up. This also happens to my ground station from this mod: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1700703476

I believe it's some kind of mod incompatibility, since all these stations show up here the panel. I need log details (see report-a-bug helper button in mod options menu to get instructions)
