Create "lite" x "expert" modes

The "lite" mode of TLM would be enabled by default and would hide a lot of stuff from configuration, like the line number formatting, near lines, express lines, etc.

It would make the mode simple to non heavy users, most of them used to play with IPT2 due its simplicity. May the features that IPT2 doesn't have might be shown in "lite" mode.

You could add another tab inside the window with Advanced and move the prefix setting there and anything else for advanced users.

Actually, I'm thinking ahead of it, because there are a extensive configuration settings available at mod screen at options menu. But probably I would hide/show the stuff at line popup too, or make it show less content.
