Multiple Languages Support

Hello,

I noticed there is a file for the French language anodyne/langauges/fr.yml, does that mean the theme supports multiple languages ? I tried to add

language:
- en
- fr

in my config file _config.yml.

But it seems when I visit http://localhost:4000/fr it returns 404 not found.

What I am doing wrong ?

Does it work with another theme ? Technically this should be handled by hexo as long as the language files are present.
