Error on Gnome 3.38

Doesn't install on Gnome 3.38 (Debian 11) Error :this.appInfo is undefined

You can replace plugin directory (~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/[email protected]) with latest version (as far as I understand latest version is not available here https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1001/window-search-provider/ yet) cloned from master branch and use "useAppInfo": false in your prefs.json to disable appinfo which is not supported in later gnome versions.
