Instance provision support for vSphere environment

Basically, klopac needs to be able to have the capability to provision instancesat vSphere environment. https://github.com/kloia/terraform-instances -> Create 'vSphere' branch and adjust necessary files for provisioning vmware instances in vSphere environment.
