Sms & mms not sending or receiving to/from others

I've been having issues with people not receiving sms or mms when I use pulse. Mostly the mms, but many sms a well. I have it set to my carrier limit, but I'm not confident that they go out.

Try my latest commit https://github.com/DrBrad/android-smsmms

the issue is probably that you need the app to be default sms app. My commit doesn't require this.

Thanks for trying to help! I just saw this today (4/18/2019) I'm sorry I never got a message that you were trying to help me. I have since stopped using Pulse because it was not trustworthy, meaning, I never felt confident that my messages were getting out or in successfully. But I may try to use your fix, now that I see you sent this.
