Replace common words with abbreviations automatically

A user requested a button that will shorten your tweets with automatic abbreviations.

I think that is kind of a weird feature, but might be cool for some, I guess? Obviously this would only work in English.

I wouldn't think this would be a priority. It might be interesting to have a "autoshorten" button when your text exceeds the limit, but it is really dubious to me how useful it is.
