URL preview bug

I have disabled the preview of WWW links in the settings. Nevertheless, the following tweet (see screenshot) is displayed with a preview box under the mentions and also in my timeline. However, this is empty.

In the browser, the tweet will look like this.

The link from which the preview should be generated is the following.

This will open a direct message to the Twitter user.
