PABanking: Explicit ESOProfiler integration

Thinking about a way to have ESOProfile automatically start profiling when PABanking is triggered, and automatically stopped again when PABanking is done. This would help in the analysis to reduce the data-set to the relevant part. Could be done for example with an additional keybind that is only visible when PA's internal debugging is enabled.
