PABanking: Keep Certain Number of Bag Slots Empty When Withdrawing

I would love to see an option to reserve a set number of bag slots to remain empty when auto-withdrawing.

For example, say I have a mule character I'm not actively playing, but am doing writs with them. I'd love to be able to tell PA not to withdraw anything from the bank if I only have 16 open bag spaces, that way I will definitely have room for writs.
