filament reload error

i keep getting filament reload error over and over again. Tried power reset and does again...multiple times. more filament reload errors

Hi @cjjillson, could you please share:

  1. your OS
  2. your version of Pronterface
  3. how you installed Pronterface?
  4. Steps to reproduce the failure? Are you actually trying to load filament?
  5. Screenshots or logs of the actual error message would be nice as well
