Multiblock previews do not correctly render chalk - Forge 1.20.1

Describe the bug Chalk should render like it used to, flicking between its states and giving a placement hint like every other block.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Choose a pentacle from the dictionary of spirits and hit the eye
