server crash when a storage a foliot is looking at is removed

Describe the bug server crash when a storage block is removed while a foliot or theurgy extracter is looking at/connected to it

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. set up logistics with transport/mechanic foliot.
2. remove the storage blocks.
3. server crash

Expected behavior server not crash

• Occultism Version: occultism-1.21.1-neoforge-1.177.1.jar
• OS: server is ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS
• Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
• Modpack Link and Version, or list of mods: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/craftoria pack version 1.17.3

Additional context it happens once in a while. it does help to remove the foliots/inserters before replacing the storage block, but sometimes the removing isn't registered (items keep transferring) until server reboot. removing the storage block in this state still causes crash.

this hasn't happend after a day of updating to pack ver 1.18 with occultism-1.21.1-neoforge-1.179.3.jar version yet, but posting because it wasn't mentioned in the patchnotes.
