Links in category descriptions aren't clickable

Describe the bug When clicking a link in a category description, it doesn't show the tooltip or redirect.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a category with a link in the description (inter-book or online)
2. Run game
3. Hover over and click

Expected behavior The link is displayed in a tooltip and opens.

System (please complete the following information):

• Modonomicon Version: 1.109.1
• OS: Windows
• Minecraft Version: 1.21.3

Additional context I haven't tested outside of index mode so it may be different.

Ah this is a larger one. The whole click and hover handling for the category description is missing, it is currently just treated as static text. I'll need to add that.
