Get PNK page

Context

In v1 we have a page interfacing with Uniswap to get PNK. It is desirable to have something equivalent in v2 but more modern, using a crosschain swap aggregator service to avoid sandwiching, and for the convenience to onboard from any chain onto Arbitrum.

Design

The page could display a widget similar to Jumper.exchange (powered by li.fi) and Bungee.exchange (powered by socket.tech), with the destination token fixed to Arbitrum PNK, but the source token/chain open to inputs.
