Floodpy running without GPU

  • Check if the existing yml work for Ubuntu without Nvidia GPU
  • Add a device argument in https://github.com/kleok/FLOODPY/blob/e8de3aecac1a934537e0b202f1b7e2a0aaca51d8/floodpy/Floodwater_delineation/Vit_approach/Predict_flooded_regions.py#L32 that supports the use of CPU.
