[Request] Ability to report issues and/or inaccuracies in problems descriptions

It would be nice for students to be able to report probably issues or inaccuracies in the problems descriptions. For example, in problem "Knuth-Morris-Pratt" substring index that should be answered to CATS isn't explicitly described as zero-based or one-based in the problem description. Student could determine this only by analysing example of program input and it's correct output, that's inconvenient. So, I sure that ability to report issues like that would be very appreciated.

Yes, this could be a good idea in general. In this specific case you should report the issue to the teacher who assigned you this problem.
