[Feature Request] Twilio integration

Have you all considered providing support for Twilio? The company creates APIs that allow users to send out texts and phone calls. Integrating it within Beacon wouldn't be too tough.

Integrating it would certainly cover all possible means of communication!

I could start work on it, too.
