WinPcapDevice is still listening after closing

Just tried to modify your app. When clicking the "Start sniffer" button, the sniffing starts (I am logging sniffed packets (IP and TCP) to the Debug console). But when I want to stop sniffing (hitting the button again) the logging stops for ~2 sec and then resumes. I searched for a missing Eventhandler which is not removed (found onde ;D) but after fixing this, the problem remains.
