Allow stories to be localized by authors

I would like to Localize a story. How could this be done?
It would be great if the story could be exported to XML such as is used by QT Linguist to send and get back from a translator, keeping all the tags/link, etc. intact but still getting all displayable text translated.
If we adopt Twine for the project I'm working on I'd be a financial supporter.

This isn't on the dev timeline right now, but if this is something you have the budget and interest for, I do custom Twine work similar to this on a freelance basis. If that's something you're interested in, drop me a line at http://chrisklimas.com/contact.
Agree in general, though, that this would be a useful feature.
@Teivaz (I hope it is the same Teivaz) already added this function on his private server linked here https://twinery.org/forum/discussion/6271/story-localization in 2016, but there is no way to report suggestions/bugs anywhere, so I'll just do it here:
- It should not empty twine.Image passages
- There should be an option to import all english text, because it's hard to translate empty passages
