Keyboard shortcuts for edit selected, test selected, and create new passage

Describe the solution you'd like.

Pressing a keyboard shortcut, such as ctrl+e should open the twine editor for the selected passage. Pressing ctrl+t should test from the selected passage. Pressing ctrl+n should create a new passage.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Allowing a right-click or context menu on the passage with options like delete, rename, edit, etc.

Additional context on this suggestion.

Any method implemented should be screen reader accessible. Both proposed solutions should be accessible as-is.
