Range extender is not supported right now and leads to a lot of other issues

@BenAhrdt Müsste man testen. Dann läuft die Zeit ggf. einfach immer weiter auseinander. Schön ist das auch nicht.

@Apollon77 `check` hat noch nie funktioniert (zumindest laut Readme und dem, was ich im Code gefunden hatte). Das habe ich zuletzt entfernt: https://github.com/iobroker-community-adapters/ioBroker.ical/blob/1a2182f2857d269f0e3a5f4af31d183ee7ffeb5c/README.md?plain=1#L24-L26

Ja, wobei die Frage ist wie der umzusetzen wäre, wenn das `subscribe`-Feature in der io-package mit js-controller 6.x nicht mehr exisitiert.
